Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Halftone Studio sp. z o.o. (“Halftone”, “we”, “us”), with registered office in Warsaw, Poland, handles personal data in connection with this website and the services we provide. We keep the list short because we collect very little.

3. This website

The website is static. It does not use accounts, comment forms, newsletters, analytics trackers, advertising pixels or third-party embeds, and it does not set any cookies of its own. When you load a page, our hosting provider processes the technical request data (such as IP address and user agent) solely to serve the page and to keep the service secure and available. Server logs of this kind are kept for a short operational retention period and are not used to profile visitors.

4. How long we keep data

• Enquiries that do not become orders: up to 12 months after the last message.
• Order and accounting records: as long as tax and commercial law requires (in Poland typically 5 years from the end of the tax year).
• Artwork files: up to 24 months after delivery, so that repeat orders can be produced without asking you again — unless you ask us to remove them earlier.

5. Who receives data

We share personal data only with parties necessary to serve you: our hosting provider, couriers for deliveries, and our accountant for bookkeeping. We do not sell data and we do not send marketing messages without a separate, explicit opt-in.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you believe we handle data incorrectly, you may complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland. To exercise any right, email hello@promo.zapto.org — we answer within 30 days.

7. Security

Order files and correspondence are stored on access-controlled systems. Payment is handled by bank transfer; we do not process card data ourselves.

8. Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and, for active clients, mention the change in our next correspondence.
