A studio built around the press
Halftone started in 2015 as a two-person prepress bureau and grew into a compact full-cycle studio: design, proofing, offset and digital print, finishing and fulfilment — all under one roof in Warsaw.
Who we are
We are eleven people: designers, prepress specialists, press operators and one very organised logistics coordinator. Our clients are marketing teams, event agencies, independent cafes, bookshops, SaaS startups — anyone who needs physical things that represent them well.
Being small is a choice. It keeps decisions fast, quotes honest and quality the responsibility of people whose names you actually know.

Digital press
Production laser with calibrated colour. Perfect for 50–3,000 runs, variable data and same-week deadlines.
Large format
Eco-solvent printing for banners, mesh, self-adhesive vinyl and exhibition graphics with lamination.
Finishing
Cutting, creasing, folding, gluing, saddle stitching, perfect binding, corner rounding, painted edges.
Merch decoration
Screen printing carousel, heat press for DTF and transfers, partner embroidery shop two streets away.
Fulfilment
Pick & pack into plain or branded mailers, EU courier shipping, stock holding for repeat campaigns.
How a job usually goes
- Brief. Format, quantity, paper preference, deadline, budget. A photo of a similar item works fine as a starting point.
- Estimate. A fixed quote within one working day, options included — we usually suggest two paper or finish variants at different price points.
- Design or preflight. Our design or yours; if yours, we check bleed, safety margins, fonts, overprint and ICC profile and fix small issues free.
- Proof. Calibrated PDF proof as standard, hard proof or press check for colour-critical jobs.
- Print & finish. Agreed schedule, photos of the run on request.
- Delivery. Collection at the studio or courier across the EU, packed to survive couriers.

- Paper choice is design; we keep a library of 200+ samples you can touch.
- Leftover stock and repeat jobs should be one email, not a new project.
